If you haven’t seen it in action before, Microsoft 365 co-authouring of Office documents is like magic. It enables you to skip the back-and-forth part (which can take days), and quickly finalize a shared document.
If your documents are saved in Microsoft 365, then you can easily enable co-authouring of Office documents, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint. This means that you and one or more collaborators can edit the document at the same time, complete with visual cues that show who is editing, and what changes they are making.
