The Human Resources Generalist is a key member of the Administration team at BMC Networks, working with every member of the company in varying capacities. This role is a part-time role comprised of 25 hours per week.
reports to: CFO
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for the human resources function within BMC Networks, reporting to the CFO and working with the CEO and COO. This role includes but is not limited to the following tasks: payroll, benefits administration, employee training, and recruiting. This role will encompass sensitive and highly confidential matters.

The successful candidate for this position will possess a certificate or diploma from a post-secondary institution specializing in Human Resources, with a minimum 1 year of experience working within the HR field.
