Andreea’s superpower is connecting BMC’s clients with IT solutions that set their businesses up for success. An enthusiastic go-getter, keen problem-solver, and strong decision-maker, Andreea has a proven ability to assess the “big picture” and deliver results effectively.

Technical Services Coordinator

Energetic and results-oriented, Arashdeep eagerly brings strong communication and time management skills to her critical role on the Support team. When accomplishing her daily tasks, she leans on her deep value of service to humanity, supporting both her teammates and our clients with kindness, understanding, and humility. Early in her tenure at BMC, Arashdeep made a big name for herself at the BMC foosball table, eventually admitting to a junior championship title!

Brian obtained both law and business degrees from the University of British Columbia, and then combined his education with his passion for computers to form BMC Networks in 1997. Brian focuses on strategic planning and advice for our clients.

Client Services Technician Supervisor

Francis brings his inquisitive nature and childlike wonder to every IT problem he faces. When not at work, you will most likely find him playing basketball or walking around the city. He also like taking photos. Francis started with BMC as a practicum student, and has proved himself a great addition to the BMC team.

Chief Morale Officer

Gigi joined BMC from Mexico in 2021. While she may not be the best producer in terms of actual work or deliverables, she makes up for that in youthful exuberance and strong food-seeking abilities. You can find Gigi motivating staff across departments by allowing them to rub her belly, give her treats or taking a well-earned break in a sunny spot.

When he's not reading about the latest IT developments, he's spending time with his family. They especially love bike riding together!

Jason brings over 10 years' experience in IT to his role on the Project team. Before immigrating to Canada, he attended GMIT college in beautiful Galway, Ireland, and received an Honors degree in IT wizardry. When he's not working on computers, Jason enjoys being an all-round top guy and playing various sports.

Team Lead & Sr. Systems Administrator

Jerrick brings over 13 years' IT experience to his role at BMC. He takes pride in managing and maintaining a variety of computer networks and systems to ensure that they function properly and that users have a positive experience. He's passionate about staying up to date with the latest technology developments and best practices to provide his team and clients with efficient and effective IT solutions. Jerrick recently became a dad, which has only made his already-contagious smile even bigger!

A saying that sums up who Jerrick is? "Life has no take two."

“Good moooorning, BMC!” (think Robin Williams) is Josh in a sentence. Our only team member stationed in Ontario, he kicks off every day with good vibes for clients and teammates alike! A valued member of the Support team, he has a diploma in Computer Systems Technology from Fanshawe College and a keen interest in Windows and related software. Josh credits his friendly nature and ability to roll with our fast-paced work environment to his background working in industries such as fast food and retail, but we think he was destined to be a fun, hardworking, competent human wherever he landed – and we are glad it is with BMC!

Purchasing & Events Manager

Kaury’s 20 years of Administration and Event Planning experience have allowed her to develop a unique skill aptly named “Herding Cats”. You’ll find her working behind a number of scenes, furiously typing emails to pull off internal and external events, along with supplying quotes and products to our clients. Kevin has been in the IT industry for over 18 years, working in and supporting organizations ranging from large corporations to small businesses. His portfolio includes everything from consulting work to managed IT services. When Kevin is not working with clients, you will most likely find him playing or coaching badminton.

Office Manager

Kim came to BMC with a beauty background but quickly became “The Super Bookkeeper”. She enjoys keeping the team safe, stocked and super sorted. Besides providing kick butt office support, Kim has a passion for filling other people’s stomachs with healthy and delicious grub. She is currently on leave but we look forward to welcoming her back in October!

Le joined BMC straight out of BCIT, and her passion for providing exceptional service to our clients was immediately evident. She brings enthusiasm and energy to her work everyday while staying curious and open to learning. In her spare time, Le enjoys playing with dogs, mastering her pool technique, and finding great restaurants. She also aspires to become a professional golfer - or at least the top golfer in the office!

Chief Financial Officer

As CFO, Nicole is responsible for overseeing BMC’s finance, accounting, human resources and administrative functions. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Toronto and is a CPA, CA. Nicole is committed to working collaboratively with all members of the BMC team, helping to foster strong and supportive relationships. She learns about new technologies half-grudgingly but is recognized as a champion within BMC for back-ups and two-factor authentication. Outside work, she enjoys sunshine, long walks on the beach, yoga and time with family and friends.

Peter takes pleasure in overseeing a team of skilled technicians, who provide top-notch IT support services to our clients. To do this, he relies on his ability to think creatively, solve complex problems, and demonstrate his commitment to teamwork. Peter is more than just a professional; he is also a dedicated family person, who enjoys spending time with his loved ones whenever he can. He enjoys the traditional gambit B.C outdoor activities and is always looking for new ways to challenge himself and grow as a person. Peter believes a sense of humor and a positive attitude are essential to success and might be quoted as saying:

A graduate of BCIT's CISA program, Rob is a cloud migration ninja! He enjoys planning, implementing, and ensuring migration success for our clients. Rob is also a sports fan and supporter of the Vancouver Canucks and New York Giants and Knicks. His love of competition serves him well at our weekly Brewhaha, where he regularly takes home the trophy!

With a master's degree in computer engineering, Robert has extensive knowledge of networking. His experience providing technical support and his passion for becoming an expert in new technologies have prepared him well to troubleshoot all types of complex technical issues. When he's not busy being an IT ninja, Robert enjoys eating really good food, playing all kinds of sports, and playing board games. He's definitely upped the competition at Brewhaha!

When Ron joined us in 2010, he quickly demonstrated a work ethic that reflects BMC’s core values of Integrity, Unity, Service, Professionalism, and Fun. He is committed to providing honest, competent, and timely strategical IT advice to our clients and is always willing to go “above and beyond” to ensure they are satisfied with BMC’s service. Similarly, he is passionate about contributing to BMC’s positive work environment, building strong relationships with his teammates and using fun to “lighten up” challenging situations. Ron’s second office is his kitchen, where he can be found cooking delicious wholesome meals for his family!

His superpower is building relationships with our clients, but his ability to effectively collaborate and problem-solve with others also lends itself to  his A game. When Tyler wishes you a “good morning,” you can hear him smiling and his positivity and willing to help others are contagious. Outside of formulating strategic IT goals with our clients, he loves hiking, taking off on road trips, following hockey, and cooking!
